About the Role
------------------
We are looking for a highly motivated
Operations Lead
to join our growing team and work directly with the founders. This role is critical to helping the company scale by building the operational backbone that enables our product, revenue, and team to move faster.
As Operations Lead, you will own day-to-day business operations, unblock founders, and bring structure to a fast-moving startup environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
------------------
Own and improve core company operations across finance, people, tooling, and internal processes.
Act as a force multiplier for founders by taking operational work off their plates.
Build and maintain lightweight systems for planning, reporting, and execution (OKRs, metrics, dashboards).
Partner with Engineering, Growth, and Customer teams to remove operational bottlenecks.
Support hiring operations, onboarding, and internal team processes as the company scales.
Manage vendors, contractors, and external partners (e.g. finance, legal, compliance).
Help prepare materials for board updates, investor reporting, and fundraising.
Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions before they become problems.
Must Have

Experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or an early-stage startup role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High ownership mindset
Comfort operating in ambiguity with little process or structure in place.
Founder mindset - you're excited to build something from zero to one and take real responsibility.
Nice to Have

Experience working at a startup (Seed-Series A preferred).
Exposure to finance, hiring, or go-to-market operations.
Background as a founder, operator, or early employee.
Experience working with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, CRM systems, or analytics tools.
