We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Lead to oversee daily operational activities within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a solid background in administrative functions. This role involves coordinating teams, managing office processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows to support our business objectives. The Operations Lead will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency across departments.
Responsibilities
Travel required (Luton/London)
Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Develop and implement organisational procedures to optimise workflow
Support customer service initiatives by addressing client queries professionally and promptly
Prepare reports and presentations for management using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and assist in data analysis
Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration
Provide training and guidance to team members on office procedures and IT systems
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes as required
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration or organisational management roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
Familiarity with IT systems and office equipment
Previous experience in administrative or office environments preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
