Job Description

The role of the Sales Operations Lead is to effectively lead the team that manages our retail customer order across Europe. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing Finance & Planning teams to deliver a high level of service and account management with existing retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Effective leadership of the sales operations team to facilitate orders of our customer accounts across UK and Europe. Develop retail customer relationships, ensuring you have a full understanding of their Logistical requirements and coordinate the team to deliver on these. Deliver excellent customer service, with a clear understanding of our brands and expertise. Maintaining customer data through our systems, sales forecast, and activity reports. Plan workflow effectively based on forecast and demand with our 3PL partners across Europe. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Delivery of weekly and month end Financial and Operational report Manage the dispute process and allocate resource to reduce further re-occurrence.

Skills and Experience

Proven knowledge of operations within logistics or supply chain. Customer focussed with a proactive and solutions led approach. Confidence with communicating effectively at multiple levels. Commercially focussed with an understanding of budgets and how to achieve targets. Ability to remain calm while working under pressure and have a customer-oriented approach. Team supervision, development, or management experience. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and ERP systems Knowledge of Spanish, French or German would be beneficial.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
