Think Specialist Recruitment are looking for a candidate to join a brilliant organisation within the Barnet area. This company are looking for someone who has previous experience within the financial services industry, previous management experience, as well as experience within marketing to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice, whilst also providing support to the practice Partner in the development of the practice.

Salary - \xc2\xa340,000pa

Some of the duties will include:

  • Overseeing the business functions including marketing, business development, para planning and administration
  • Develop and implement effective infrastructure, systems, processes and procedures
  • Oversee the practice finances efficiently and within a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Monitor business reports, trends and statistical analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ensure the practice is up to date and complaint with all licensing and legislative requirements
  • Manage communications within the practice, and those to clients and third parties
  • Central point of contact for everyone within the practice
  • Organising company and client events
  • Managing the office and ensuring it runs smoothly
  • Ordering and maintenance of office supplies
  • Manage recruitment campaigns from advertising to offer stage
  • Maintain employee records including annual leave, absence and expenses
The successful candidate:
  • Previous experience within Financial Services
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous management experience within a regulated environment
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
