:

The Mount Charles Group have an exciting opportunity for an operations manager to join our events team at Mount Charles Events based in Belfast.

Working Pattern:

• 40 Hours per week
• 9am - 5pm (with the exceptions of events days)
• 5 out of 6 Days per Week

The Role:

• To manage and control stock at our Event Locations
• To lead the operating areas and the teams to ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
• Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives.
• To proactively manage services across the sites, providing support and guidance to teams ensuring a high level of services provided to the clients.
• In conjunction with the relevant departments work towards delivering a high level of service
• Problem Solving, Decision Making & Planning and Organising, essential.
• Ability to engage a wide range of personalities and take people with you through belief and energy.
• Strong on your ability to plan, organise and prioritise across a large stakeholder sites.
• Adaptable, resilient, and not fazed by things changing in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Coordination of the refilling, unpacking, stock totation and sorting of stock,
• Maintain the presentation and housekeeping standards across the sites.
• To ensure a safe working environment
• To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of IT packages
• Valid driving licence
