Edgbaston Wellness Clinic is a luxury healthcare and wellness provider, led by experienced doctors and focused on delivering the highest standards of patient care. We are now recruiting for an Operations Manager to support our continued growth and uphold our reputation for excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager and Directors, you will ensure the clinic runs seamlessly on a daily basis, combining strong leadership with meticulous attention to compliance and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role where CQC knowledge is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining robust governance processes.
Overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, appraisals, and staff development.
Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth patient journeys.
Supporting marketing and brand development in line with our luxury positioning.
Contributing to business planning and service innovation.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in operations management within a GP surgery or healthcare service.
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
Previous experience in HR management with confidence in employee relations.
Operational and organisational excellence, with the ability to work under pressure.
Professional, proactive, and approachable - able to inspire staff and engage confidently with patients.
