Job Description
Operations Manager required for our client, a well-established family-run business with over 45 years\' experience in the stone industry. They are looking for an experienced OM to join their team, due to expansion within the business.
You will be based in the Head Office so being in a commutable distance of Bradford is required.
Operations Manager Position Overview
- Overseeing all aspects of the operations, from supply chain management and logistics to production planning, quality control and installation.
- Recruiting & managing Staff
- Managing projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered within timeframe and budget.
- Providing Directors with support.
- Identifying and making cost saving within the company.
- Carrying out Health & Safety audits
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Planning & organisational skills
- Operations management experience (desirable)
- HR & Recruitment experience
- Industry knowledge (desirable)
- Negotiation and adaptability skills
