We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our growing team and ensure high standards across all contracts.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily cleaning operations of Eseoria Professional Cleaning Limited, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards across all client sites. The postholder will manage staff schedules, supervise on-site teams, and implement quality assurance processes that align with company policies and client requirements. This role involves regular liaison with clients, resource planning, and performance monitoring to maintain efficiency and uphold health and safety regulations. The Operations Manager will also support business development by identifying service improvements, managing contracts, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all cleaning services in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. Manage and train cleaning staff to maintain consistent quality standards. Conduct site inspections and implement health and safety procedures. Prepare rotas and allocate resources efficiently. Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and resolve issues promptly. Monitor stock and equipment requirements. Produce reports and support strategic business planning.

Person Specification

Essential

Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Proven experience in operations or service management (preferably cleaning or facilities). Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Strong understanding of quality control and customer service. Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, email and scheduling software). Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Desirable

UK driving licence. Experience managing multiple contracts or locations. Knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Data Protection (ICO).
