About Us


Fresh Photo House is a leading property marketing photography and floor plan company serving London's top estate agencies. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, stunning visuals, and an industry-leading turnaround. Due to continued growth, we're expanding our operations team.

The Role


We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and polished Operations Manager to be the engine room of our daily operations and the friendly face (and voice) of Fresh Photo House. This is a fast-paced, client-facing position that keeps everything running smoothly from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the diary: take bookings via phone and email from estate agents and private clients, then allocate and schedule jobs efficiently across our team of photographers and floor plan specialists

Act as real-time support for photographers in the field - resolving access issues, delays, traffic problems, or last-minute changes instantly

Handle ad-hoc and same-day invoicing accurately and promptly

Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients - delivering outstanding customer service, upselling additional services where appropriate, and solving queries with confidence

Liaise with estate agents daily, building strong relationships and understanding their urgent needs

Continuously improve internal processes to maintain our 24-hour turnaround promise

About You



Bright, articulate, and genuinely enthusiastic with a professional telephone manner

Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment - no two days are the same

Excellent problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (experience with CRM or booking software is a bonus)

Knowledge of Greater London

Advantageous (not essential)



Previous experience working with estate agents or in property marketing

Good working knowledge of London postcodes and travel times

Background in operational logistics, field team coordination, or customer success in a same-day/24-hour service business

Competitive salary 25,000-30,000 (depending on experience)
