We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to join our Client Onboarding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. You'll oversee daily operations, optimise workflows, embed compliance, and champion automation in technology. Ideal candidates will have proven operations management experience with an AML/client onboarding background and strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
