Reporting into the Distribution Manager, you will have responsibility over two shifts and roughly 100 colleagues. It is a complex site serving both B2B & B2C customers with a huge focus on customer experience. It\'s a premium quality brand with premium quality products, so the distribution operations must also be - you got it - premium quality.

What four essential skills are we seeking?

• Distribution Management - In a role where you\'ve had responsibility over a large site with very high customer experience expectations.
• People Development - This is not an "iron fist" business. This is a business which inspires people to become the best version of themselves.
• Data Management - We need somebody with a good ability to interpret, manage & manipulate data. Mainly in excel. Ability to create a Pivot Table is the minimum level.
• Continuous Improvement - With examples of process improvement projects you\'ve been involved in.
