Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring jobs are scheduled and delivered efficiently Communicating effectively with engineers and clients to ensure smooth coordination Producing CCTV reports using WinCan and assisting with the preparation of quotes Using computer systems to manage schedules, reports, and general admin tasks Maintaining high levels of organisation and ensuring projects are delivered on time Supporting the team and management with operational planning and execution
Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using computers and digital systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of plumbing and drainage (able to prepare accurate quotations) Experience using WinCan and producing CCTV reports (must have) Ability to manage scheduling and logistics for multiple jobs and engineers A proactive mindset and the drive to contribute to company growth
