Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury hotel in Portrush, opened in February 2025, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our property. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency in a setting renowned for its breathtaking views and world-class golf experience.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the entire operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, and dining. Ensure all departments meet the highest standards of service and efficiency. Coordinate with the management team to innovate services and enhance guest satisfaction. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team. Handle operational logistics, budgeting, and resource management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in operations management in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams. Excellent organisational abilities and a strategic mindset. Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to work flexibly and responsively in a dynamic environment.
