About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of Willett Lodge, leading a dedicated team and ensuring every resident experiences safe, compassionate, and personalised care. You will help nurture our home's values-driven culture and support staff to deliver excellence at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care. Lead, motivate, and develop the care team, fostering teamwork and professional growth. Oversee person-centred care planning, with a focus on dementia and Alzheimer's care. Ensure full compliance with CQC and NMC regulations, maintaining accurate records and governance. Promote a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for all residents. Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to maintain smooth, sustainable operations.

About You

Registered Nurse with a

valid NMC PIN

. Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, ready to step into a full manager role. Strong knowledge of dementia care and its complexities. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about delivering care that reflects our values of sincerity, trust, and meaningful living.
