Ensure compliance with industry standards, licensing requirements, and client expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, venues, and event organisers on operational matters. Produce professional debrief reports and contribute to continuous improvement following events. Support the Head of Security and senior leadership in delivering business growth and innovation.

Can lead teams effectively, both in an office and on-site environment. Is highly organised, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Has a strong understanding of event staffing, workforce scheduling, and compliance. Is confident using (or keen to develop) digital workforce management tools. Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of live events.
