The Team

Our partner organisation for property services, Cyson Cymru, is on a mission to build something great. You'll be leading a team of c.250 staff that delivers high-quality cleaning and FM services across a diverse portfolio in and around Newport. We work collaboratively to meet client needs, exceed expectations, and embed best practice in everything we do.

Your New Role

As Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality cleaning and facilities management services across multiple sites. You'll provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring contractual obligations are met and customer expectations exceeded. From managing budgets and workforce planning to driving compliance and innovation, this is a role where your expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cleaning and FM services across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Build strong client relationships and act as the senior operational contact. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for a workforce of around 200 staff. Champion health and safety compliance and embed a strong safety culture. Manage budgets, identify efficiencies, and support business development. Drive innovation, sustainability, and best practice across all contracts.

What You'll Get

A salary of 41,771 per annum. Nest pension enrolment
