Introduction:

Join a reputable care provider as an Operations Manager, overseeing a network of nursing homes dedicated to delivering exceptional elderly care. This strategic leadership role is vital in ensuring quality, compliance, and organisational growth across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Home Managers to maintain outstanding CQC compliance and promote resident wellbeing. Implement service improvements, ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met or exceeded. Analyse service performance and devise plans to address risks and drive continuous improvement. Foster a positive, values-driven culture centred on safety, dignity, and person-centred care. Collaborate with senior leadership to meet organisational strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a senior operational role within care or nursing home environments with a focus on elderly care. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and quality standards. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams. Relevant management qualifications such as NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership, Registered Manager's Award, or equivalent.
