This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality elderly and complex care settings within North London. As a key figure in healthcare leadership, you will drive service excellence and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple care and nursing homes, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Support and develop care teams, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and person-centred care.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise service delivery and operational efficiency.
Establish strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with health and social care regulations.
Requirements:
Relevant management qualifications (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership, Registered Manager's Award, RMN).
Proven management experience within elderly care, nursing, or social care settings.
Multi-site management experience with strong organisational skills.
Exceptional resource management, including budgeting and people leadership.
Knowledge of CQC frameworks and standards for elderly and complex care services.
