The successful Candidate will be overseeing 1 Children's Home already rated as 'Good' and a high quality Supported Accommodation setting recently achieving 'Outcome 1'!
The new service will be ran using Therapeutic Principles, and have Attachment Theory as one of the key pillars of the service. We use the Secure Base model to underpin our approach, ethos and engagement strategies, we offer full training and support to all employees around this.

Your focus will be to overseeing the management of our Registered Homes on a day to day basis providing a therapeutic environment to enable our young people to work towards independence, whilst ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislation and standards required, and to be part of our highly valued, innovative team.
We are looking for the right person to join us in Registering our two new homes. Already purchased, furnished and ready to go!
You will be responsible individual registered Manager for two small Children's Homes. The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the Home, for medium to long term planned placements (emergency short-term placements are also occasionally accommodated) to ensure young people are supported and prepared to move on to independent living.
To ensure that high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, homely accommodation and the service of keyworkers are planned, provided and applied in accordance with home's Procedures and Strategies and in line with The Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Streetz Ahead Creative Housing LTD is a growing company with many homes in the Gloucestershire area and looking to provide continuity of care by supporting young people of a younger age with a streamline transition. We are looking to care and support children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties ranging from 11-25 years of age.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate that they can engage and lead a staff team, be organised and manage a budget. With this in mind, we are more interested in someone who can demonstrate they have a clear understanding of the therapeutic approach that will bring positive outcomes, healing and recovery to this group of children and young people.
With OFSTED responsibility for your own children's homes you will also have a number of additional quality/development responsibilities within the organisation.
