Up to 65,000 + car allowance + bonus

About the Role:

As a Reginal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of sites across London and the M3, M4 corridor providing:


Operational Leadership: Manage a diverse team ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to drive revenue growth and profitability. Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, exceeding client expectations and identifying new business opportunities. Tech-Savvy Solutions: Adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What we are looking for:

Non Front Line SIA licence Proven operational management experience, preferably in security or a related industry. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills. Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities. In-depth understanding of financial management and contract terms. Proficiency in technology and data analytics.
