Role summary
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day repair operation. You will manage technicians and coordinators, execute new processes, and keep queues, quality and KPIs on track. Your job is to turn direction into disciplined action, keep the team accountable and make the workflow smooth from intake to shipping.
What you will do
Implement and enforce operational processes designed by the founder
Stress test new processes, roll them out, monitor compliance, update as changes are made
Manage daily team performance and hold people to standards
Oversee repair queues and keep throughput high and predictable
Hit reseller platform KPIs and flag risk early
Support onboarding, training and reviews for new and existing team members
Monitor capacity and bottlenecks and rebalance work to keep the line moving
Report to the Founder with daily and weekly updates on output, bottlenecks, customer escalations and KPI gaps
Run short daily purposeful team meetings so everyone knows priorities and expectations
Maintain tight communication with the London team while working closely with remote leadership
Must haves
3 to 5 years of operations and team management experience
A track record of execution under clear direction
Accountability focus and the confidence to enforce standards
Experience managing technical teams or shop-floor teams
Comfortable working with a remote founder or leadership team
Based in or near London and able to work on-site five days per week
Decisive under pressure and comfortable making timely calls
Nice to have
Experience in repair or service operations
Experience with Monday.com or similar workflow tools
Managed teams of 5 to 10 people
Previous experience as an Operations Manager in a small to mid-size business
