This is a chance to join a fast paced, friendly, family-owned business within the agricultural sector.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the whole department from transport in to transport out, including the preparation or stock for sale.
This is a hands-on, highly visible leadership role ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment and is confident managing people, processes, and priorities with clarity and energy.
Previous experience in a similar agricultural role will be essential.
Benefits include: Salary (45-60,000 DOE), Company Car, Free lunch every day, and our work times are Monday to Friday 7-4:30, no weekends.
