The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations department as an
Operations Manager
. This is an
entry-level, full-time position
offering
structured, paid training
to help you develop the skills needed to manage key operational processes confidently.
You will start by learning all aspects of the company's operations -- including workflow coordination, quality monitoring, client communication, and reporting -- before taking on independent responsibilities within the team.
This position is
on-site
at our Birmingham office and is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of business operations across departments.
Learn and apply company procedures for workflow management and process improvement.
Coordinate with senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor performance data and prepare progress reports.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain high service standards.
Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and team performance.
