  • Manage all business operations activities, including Companies House filings, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and cashflow forecasting. Ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee payroll and manage HR activities such as PAYE, hiring and onboarding.
  • Work with the tech team to monitor data security activities and audits.
  • Lead FCA compliance activities and audits. Ensure the company is operating in full compliance with regulations.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with key software partners. Secure favourable licensing deals.
  • Coordinate cross-team projects on time and budget.
  • Report on operational performance, risks, and opportunities directly to the Managing Director.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business operations or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in an operations management role, preferably in the tech, financial services or automotive industry.
  • Project management experience. Leadership skills to manage teams, instil accountability, and drive results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interface with leadership, partners, and regulators.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Experience guiding compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to think strategically and recommend operational changes to support growth.
  • High integrity with a compliance-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week Salary: \xc2\xa325,000.00-\xc2\xa330,000.00 per year Benefits:
