Job description:

Illumicrate is looking for an Operations Manager with experience in e-commerce or operations, or from a detail-orientated and accuracy-focused publishing role.

You must work well under pressure, with good decision-making and project management skills. You must be willing to show initiative and take independent responsibility, prioritising tasks across projects with strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information both to customers and to partners within the business.

We\'re looking for someone with proficient computer literacy skills, particularly with onboarding new systems and using Microsoft Excel, great organisational and problem solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a close and dedicated team.

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and is fully remote. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day running of operations including sales and exports
• Implement a strategy for sales including past and future items
• Liaise with our fulfilment centres and shipping companies to ensure products ship on time
• Collaborate with and update other departments, including the curation and support teams
• Lead and motivate the wider operations and support teams, including the management of individual tasks
• Answering complex customer queries in regards to issues and concerns
