Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's transport and distribution activities. Plan and oversee delivery schedules for wholesale customers including retailers, restaurants, and distributors. Supervise and support logistics staff and drivers, ensuring workloads are managed effectively. Monitor vehicle usage, routing efficiency, and compliance with transport regulations. Oversee warehouse and stock control processes to ensure produce is stored and distributed efficiently. Coordinate with international suppliers, freight companies, and customs agents to ensure smooth importation of goods. Implement and monitor health & safety and food safety compliance across logistics operations. Prepare performance and operational reports for management. Identify process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste, and increase delivery efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and resolution of operational issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
