Your role as an Operation Manager can include

Manage day-to-day operations across groundworks and metalworks projects. Support and coordinate site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Oversee compliance with health & safety, quality, and project requirements. Implement and monitor processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

The Ideal Operation Manager will have:

Previous UK Construction / Civils experience Commutable to Ashford and willingness to travel Contractual knowledge UK Drivers licence
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
