We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven

Operations & Marketing Assistant

to help our brands run smoothly and grow faster. This role blends customer service, operations, and creative marketing -- perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.

You'll play a vital part in making sure orders are processed flawlessly, customers receive top-tier service, and marketing campaigns reach the right audience. No two days are the same -- from dispatching bakery orders to supporting marketing projects seen by thousands.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service & Order Management

Deliver exceptional customer service via email, social, marketplaces, and live chat. Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Oversee order processing and label generation across Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Liaise with DPD and other couriers to arrange collections and resolve delivery issues. Handle PayPal disputes and manage shared inboxes across brands. Coordinate bulk and corporate orders from enquiry to fulfilment.

Fulfilment & Operational Support

Oversee daily dispatch operations with the bakery and fulfilment teams. Support with packing and fulfilment during busy periods. Maintain stock levels for packaging and administrative supplies. Keep invoices, supplier info, and financial records organised for accountants.

Marketing, Content & Creative

Support social media activities -- filming, creating, and scheduling posts. Assist with blog writing and marketing copy to boost SEO and visibility. Update and optimise product listings and descriptions. Design visuals and campaign materials using Canva. Monitor engagement and share performance insights with managers.

Agency & Marketing Support

Support the digital marketing agency team with SEO, PPC, and content delivery. Prepare monthly reports (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, etc.). Upload blogs, case studies, and posts to websites and LinkedIn.

Cross-Brand Coordination

Provide flexible support across all Chummys Holdings brands. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Identify workflow improvements and help implement better systems.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with customers and colleagues. Comfortable balancing admin, creative, and marketing tasks. Experienced in marketing, social media, or administrative work. Tech-savvy -- Shopify or similar platform experience is a bonus!
