Join our team and deliver high-quality support to Adult Learning's academic teams and to learners who have enrolled on our courses, ensuring smooth course management and administration in line with Further Education policy requirements.
You will help to create an exceptional learning environment by addressing learners' barriers to learning, offering solutions, and sourcing cost-effective venues for Adult Learning courses.
You will ensure that customer service is both professional and delivered to the highest standards.
You will also identify cost savings and process improvements to enhance both operational efficiency and the learner experience.
