This is an exciting new opportunity to create and develop new products and work in parallel with our finance team.


We are looking for someone to take operational duties within the company, starting from overseeing what is currently been done to leading projects developing new projects related to SIPP & ISA products and execution related to the UK entity, coordinating the systems and control integration with the headquarter in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in Investment Operations. Ensure robust oversight and control of operational processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Open new client accounts per the necessary KYC, AML, and Due Diligence procedures. Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including SQ's SIPP scheme practitioner, to ensure seamless operational management. Authorise client deposits and withdrawals in line with AML and CASS guidelines. Collaborate with the broader senior operations leadership team to drive functional strategy and operational improvements. Stay informed on SIPP, ISA, CFD, and GIA regulations Served as the first line of compliance defence by ensuring adherence to business processes and procedures in alignment with FCA and HMRC regulations, particularly CASS and tax compliance requirements. Ensure onboarding and operations are handled efficiently and expediently, delivering exceptional customer outcomes whilst managed within the firm's agreed policies and procedures and external legal and regulatory environment Ensure the team remain compliant with the FCA and Trustees approach to vulnerable members and customers

Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience:



Strong expertise in operations, payments, onboarding, and managing complex processes within regulated environments. Proven ability to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective process optimization and regulatory compliance (e.g., CASS). Proactive in assessing operational needs, implementing solutions, and integrating regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in the banking industry 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position with UK SIPP, ISA and GIA products Good understanding and experience in UK SIPP, ISA and GIA products with significant experience in financial services or an outsourced provider Strong Team player with good communication and presentation skills. You are used to being proactive and actively suggesting new ideas Fluent in English, French is a plus
