----------------------------------------
Job description
Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Permanent
Are you a skilled and enthusiastic individual who would like to be part of our ever-improving service ensuring children and young people are at the heart of our work.
Multi Systemic Therapy MST Team is an evidence-based programme which works with the families of some of our most troubled teenagers aiming to reduce the levels of youth offending; anti-social behaviour and risk of being taken into care or custody. The results achieved have been outstanding reducing costs for the taxpayers, transforming the life time outcomes for the young people involved and improving the quality of neighbourhood life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Officer to work closely with the Senior Operations Officer, to provide support to a team of professionals in delivering a comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy MST and Functional Family Therapy FFT intervention in accordance with the specifications and requirements as set out in the License.
This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You'll have flexibility in hybrid working being both office based, at Halford House or working remotely from home to suit your needs.
What you'll be doing
As an Operations Officer, you'll have a vital role in supporting the operational and business needs of MST interventions with the child abuse and neglect team including organising the information for the weekly group supervision sessions, liaising with a wide range of partners and the national MST UK implementation team. A key task is implementing the quality assurance processes that involve the weekly collection of data from service users through phone calls and the compilation of regular performance reports that enable your teams to be compared effectively nationally and internationally.
What you'll need
You'll have experience of working in a busy admin environment as well as experience of identifying safety concerns and risk factors. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage successfully with service users who have complex needs as well as other professionals which include Social Workers, Youth Offending Service, Police and NHS to share data and risk assessments. You'll have the ability to work with and develop collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to promote and sustain inter-agency partnerships. With tenacity and a creative approach, you should be able to analyse complex data information problems to provide bespoke solutions to accommodate the needs of individuals.
What we can offer you
As well as the satisfaction of helping to improve thousands of lives across Leicester, you can look forward to a work environment that encourages a healthy work/life balance. You'll enjoy generous annual leave, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme and the option of flexible working. In addition, you can choose from a number of flexible benefits, including discounts on city buses and trains.
