Responsibilities
- Safety of team and equipment/assets at all times.
Must display the highest level of customer service to all clients by maintaining pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing attitude.
Wing walking and marshalling to ensure safe services.
Required to wear and maintain a professional uniform as supplied by Jetex along with PPE.
Use GTM to update/view/assist handling requests, special requests and fuelling services.
Coordinate with the Duty Officer on customer requests, questions, and needs maintain continuous quality services.
Assist Duty Officer to coordinate the client's complaints.
Operate office equipment to include but not limited to air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios, GTM systems, computers and phones as required.
Provide current airport information for crew and passengers (weather/flights plan, locations, services etc.).
Knowledge of Customer Service should include assisting customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, limo service, local attractions, activities and other functions that will be helpful to the clients.
Follow safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines from Jetex/London Airports.
Any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Excellent in customer service
Well versed in IT Skills (MS Office database management)
Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer focused and results oriented.
