Overview

We at Sail Line UK are a rapidly growing freight forwarder with an experienced, friendly and tight-knit team. We are pleased to be hiring for the position of Operations Officer, an office-based position working in our Woodbridge Office. A minimum of one year's experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing our customer's shipments from start to finish, utilising our shipping software system in a paperless environment Engaging with customers and providing a very high level of customer service by phone and email Maintaining good relationships with carriers and our partner agents Cooperating closely with colleagues and giving regular feedback to the Operations Supervisor

Requirements

An interest in freight forwarding and the wider shipping industry Being self-motivated, with a willingness to take responsibility Strong organisational skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Computer literacy Being a team player A willingness to learn new skills and grow professionally
