Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the planning and execution of live events and installations. This role combines warehouse know-how with hands-on structural work, making it perfect for someone with a background in live events, construction, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and setup of event infrastructure, including building temporary structures and installations. Work closely with the warehouse team to manage event-related inventory, ensuring materials are prepped and ready for transport. Utilize skills in woodworking, metalworking, and general construction to assist in custom builds and on-site installations. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure events are delivered on time and to client specifications. Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control throughout all stages of the operation.

Experience:

Experience in live events, installations, or construction environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management. Proficiency in basic carpentry, metalworking, or similar hands-on skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Full UK driving licence is essential

Tickets for operating plant such as forklift, tele handler or moffett, is preferable but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,400.00-30,000.00 per year
