International SOS is currently recruiting an Operations Specialist to join its team of Medical, Security and Logistics experts based in London, Chiswick

Operations Specialist Duties:

Demonstrate a caring attitude when answering queries with the objective of exceeding expectations Coordinate cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims using professionalism and care Assess situations, co-ordinate medical care and communicate logistics across the world Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security and operations experts in a fast-paced environment.

About you

In order to be successful as an Operations Specialist you will need:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Critical thinking and organisational skills to handle a variety of situations Naturally sympathetic with determination to help people The ability to take ownership of protecting data and process integrity Confidence in using Microsoft Office Experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact centre or similar environment would be beneficial Educated to A' Level or Degree level with an interest in Healthcare, World Politics or International Security is preferred
