About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver on customer service levels while continuously driving improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management with process optimisation, ensuring KPIs and contract deadlines are consistently met.
What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to maximise productivity and performance.
Manage initiatives and projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.
Communicate and implement change effectively across your team.
Proactively manage performance, discipline, and team development.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
Support other areas of the business when required.
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office & warehouse management systems).
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Experienced in managing high-volume data, large SKU profiles, and inventory.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Innovative and proactive, with a positive approach to change.
Able to perform under pressure and manage your own workload effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities (including shift work when required).
