We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills and a solid understanding of logistics and materials handling. This role requires effective team management skills and the ability to implement efficient business processes within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

The co-ordination of inbound client products, collation and assembly of orders and liaising with the clients' end-user and scheduling onward delivery of orders.

Management of client storage, including inventories and ensuring billing is done.

Deputising and assisting the Operations Manager.

Providing holiday and sick cover for invoicing, crate management etc.

Co-ordination and management of RHT resources. Strong understanding of business processes related to warehousing and logistics.

To and provide services of the highest quality to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and your work colleagues,

To liaise with RHT clients (Dealers, Manufactures and Direct Clients).and to our clients' end-users to co-ordinate and arrange receipt and onward delivery of product passing through the operations centre.

To process all associated documentation, goods receipt notes, client delivery notes and electronic information to complete the successful onward delivery and report the results to our clients.

Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor, Delivery Teams and End-User clients.

To cost effectively plan onward deliveries to ensure RHT resources are utilised in the most efficient way.
