Overview

Date Me Chocolate is a new London-based premium chocolate brand . Our concept blends quality, health-conscious indulgence, and playful branding. Production will be handled by UK co-manufacturers, with sales launched exclusively via our website.

We are now preparing for our first production run and launch and we're looking for a motivated, organised person to help us coordinate operations during this exciting stage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to support the founder in day-to-day operational tasks. This is a flexible role ideally suited for someone organised, detail-oriented, and excited to work with a growing food brand.

You will assist with communication with manufacturers, coordination of samples and deliveries, administrative tasks, and helping organise the launch process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with co-manufacturers regarding production timelines, samples, and requirements Track progress of orders, samples, and deliveries Support with coordination of shipments, product specs, and documentation Join project calls with founder and suppliers Assist with preparing for launch (operations, logistics, small admin tasks) Maintain simple spreadsheets, notes, and timelines Help ensure all operational tasks run smoothly and on schedule
What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proactive attitude-- someone who takes initiative Comfortable communicating with suppliers and partners Good English, spoken and written Interest in food, startups, or e-commerce is a bonus (but not required)
