About the Role



We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our friendly team, providing essential support across

administration, logistics, and accounts

. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking business working with cutting-edge screen technologies sold to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities



General administration and office support Organising logistics, dispatch, and international shipping quotes Managing invoicing, stock records, and accounting duties using QuickBooks (training available) Liaising with the production team to coordinate orders and deliveries globally Supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks Handling phone and email enquiries from customers

About You



We're looking for a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented team player. You'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.

Essential Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritise and multitask Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude A team player, motivated to contribute to a growing business

Desirable:



Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not essential - training can be provided)
