D-Hive is seeking to appoint an Operations Support Administrator to work as part of the team at the Head Office in Burton on Trent. This position calls for a confident and articulate individual who can effectively support various functions within the business including operations, procurement, human resources, and finance.
Key Result Areas:
This role will support the Operations Administration Lead and Operations Team in the day-to-day requirements of our business. We are therefore after someone that can show high levels of determination, governance and problem-solving. Strong communication skills are essential for the collation and dissemination of information both verbally and via reports.
A good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel is essential
The types of activities you may be involved in are:
Collating data from multiple areas of the business and liaising with people at all levels, both colleagues and stakeholders, to enable the production of reports
Creating requisitions and purchase orders
Producing new safe operating procedures, training material and ad hoc forms
Ordering and maintaining consumables stock levels i.e. uniform, food and drink for vending machines
Use of internal stock systems to accurately record movements
Daily use of Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word & Teams
Accurately filing of documentation
Adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
Driving to multiple sites to carry out stock replenishment of vending machines
Providing excellent customer service and responding to all helpdesk service enquiries via email and phone relating to several service contracts e.g. salary sacrifice, accommodation
