We're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team in a varied Operations Support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new processes, working across different departments and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll develop an understanding of our logistics and purchasing processes, enabling you to provide cover when needed and support the daily operations effectively. You'll also take on key admin tasks across departments, contributing to efficient workflows and excellent customer care.
Responsibilities:
Learn and support logistics and purchasing processes; provide cover when needed.
Generate and send daily barcodes for warehouse operations.
Produce customer sieve calibration certificates when required.
Assist with GDPR compliance reporting.
Provide administrative support across other departments as required.
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good communication, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.
A proactive, can-do attitude and flexible mindset.
IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, word, excel).
