Brief Description
To support the provision and maintenance of Safety Systems, Audit Procedures and cost effective service contract arrangements in accordance with company procedures.

About the role (External)

Key Accountabilities:

1. Administer externally contracted services

2. Co-ordinate and process audit documentation as necessary

3. Progress property/hazard defect reports to a conclusion

4. Provide administration support to meetings.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Administration experience

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritise time

\xc2\xb7 Good MS Office skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi task

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of supply chain procedures

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of audit requirements

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of key operational needs and interfaces
