Job title: Project Operations Support_Mandarin speaking

Location: Reading

Our client, a leading telecommunication company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support its offices in European countries.

What you will do:

• Provide timely and accurate remote support for projects based in Europe including France/Greece and etc.
• You will need to support on the sites for a period of time of 3-6 months if the business requirements are needed.
• Co-ordinate briefed projects and activities, provide, and deliver reports, presentations, and analysis of data as necessary.
• Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required.
• To monitor and report on all aspects of the projects that you are directly accountable for, including H&S, finance, program, risk, and opportunity to ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures and external regulations and best practices.
• Additional ad hoc support to the department as requested.
• Business travel to Europe offices to support on-site operations.

The ideal candidate:

• Ideally 3+ years of work experience in project management.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrable experience in communicating with senior stakeholders with clear written and verbal reporting skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise workload and multi-tasks as needed.
• Proven experience of working collaboratively to achieve required outcomes on time to quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office suite: Outlook, MS Word with experience/skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/ Simplified Chinese.
