We're now looking for an Operations Support Controller to support the GM and site management team and oversee the IFM contract and associated site facilities activity, achievement of H&S KPIs, and auditing sites to confirm legal compliance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Deliver service-related initiatives Regional training plans to be created, monitored and coordinated with Operational Teams Oversee H&S compliance, identifying and resolving all gaps Coordinate hazard reporting, accident investigations and H&S audits as required Check that all records are compliant in accordance with legislation and DHL policy

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Minimum 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations Minimum12 month of experience in similar role Strong administrative skills Knowledge of Health & Safety practices Proficient in basic IT tools, including Excel NIBOSH certification (desirable)
