Operations Support Coordinator

The role



As Operations Support Coordinator, you will support our management field team with professional, timely and appropriate support predominantly related to recruitment. You will also be responsible for providing administration support for the Operations Management team, including creating and maintaining regular reporting.

Responsibilities



Liaise with the Operations Management team to identify job vacancies, recruitment requirements and recruitment activity

Manage the Indeed platform, placing job adverts and managing the account

Provide shortlisting service of candidates to the Operations Management team

Book / schedule interviews, accordingly, liaising with the Operations Management team to coordinate diary entries, producing interview timetables, copies of relevant CVs and standard interview scoring documents

Be prepared to conduct 1st stage telephone or virtual interviews

Administer the company recruitment needs, including understanding trends and activity, amending the approach where appropriate. Identifying where SDM's and Site Managers require support from Head Office

Receive updates following interviews and send appropriate responses to attendees

Keep the recruitment dashboard updated to provide live reporting of all ISM recruitment requirements

Sourcing and vetting agencies in the provision of agency workers for the business with the support of the HR team

Develop and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies

Liaise with Operations Management team to source and book agency staff when required, or in an emergency

Act as key conduit between HR and Operations regarding recruitment

Increase the use of social media to create awareness of ISM job opportunities

Provide ad hoc general administration support to the wider Operations Management team

Manage the facilitation of the 'Clean That' brand - including liaising with HR to prepare any order requirements

Manage the preparation of the monthly incentive scheme data

Skills and Experience



Strong administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to competently manage a busy workload with the ability to prioritise

Strong communicator (written and verbal)

Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and displays a positive 'can do' attitude

Competent in Microsoft Office

Ability to collate, manipulate and present data and reports to support business decisions

Able to communicate confidently at all levels with various stakeholders both internally and externally

Adaptable and resilient in the face of conflicting demands
