to join our team as maternity cover for our Call Centre Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting recruitment, attendance management, HR processes, and general operational duties. The successful candidate will be highly organized, confident in communication, and able to balance multiple responsibilities across people management and data analysis. It is anticipated that this role will be for a 9 month period.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Conduct telephone interviews, competency-based (CBI) interviews, role plays, and business line interviews.
Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely responses and candidate engagement.
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Attendance Management
Update daily attendance spreadsheets accurately.
Record absences on the HR system.
Carry out absence calls and return-to-work meetings, completing all required paperwork.
Dialler & Data Management
Handle ad-hoc dialler set-up requirements.
Monitor daily data alongside the management team to ensure productivity.
Pull reports, analyse data effectiveness, and highlight trends.
Escalate issues to relevant teams for timely resolution.
HR Administration
Track probation periods, ensuring reviews are scheduled and completed on time.
Organize and attend early probation review meetings.
Support disciplinary and investigation meetings.
Assist in managing performance issues in collaboration with managers.
General Operations
Ensure coaching sessions are completed as scheduled and documentation is returned.
Communicate procedural updates clearly to teams.
Assist with preparation and presentation for Awards Night.
Produce weekly management information (MI) reports.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
