Days per week

: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours of work:

2pm-10:45pm

Position Overview:



As an Operations Technical Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational infrastructure by providing technical expertise and administrative support. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of operational processes in order that we can maintain and improve our customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:



Administer and maintain technical systems and tools used in day-to-day operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and optimisation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams as needed. Generate and analyse data reports to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends. Assist in the documentation of operational procedures and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in operations management to recommend innovative solutions.

Essential Criteria:



Minimum of 4 GCSE's Proven experience in an administration role, preferably within an operations environment. Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting technical systems and tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
