About The Role

We have a vacancy to join our Training Team at our brand new facility in Alconbury. If you have experience in Production and/or Training, are confident in delivering training in front of individuals and groups of people, and want to be part of AM Fresh UK at an exciting time for our teams.

Alconbury PE28 4YA

Shifts:

Flexible to cover Day Shift and Night Shift training, with either early starts, or late evenings to support those teams (to be agreed in advance)

The Trainer's purpose within the business is to continuously provide a high-level of training, coaching and mentoring on the shop floor. Ensuring that training records are well maintained and compliance training is kept up to date.



You will play a key role in developing Machine Operator training, and delivering this to our Machine Operators on site.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Support induction and training of new employees Ensure consistent delivery of SOPs, policies, and job-specific training Maintain and update training records, SOPs, and policies Deliver group training sessions and support audits Review training progress and advise on individual needs Ensure consistent training across shifts, sites, and agency staff Provide flexible support, including twilight, night, and weekend work

About You

Experience in a factory/production setting, ideally in Fresh Produce, Food Production, or FMCG Strong verbal and written communication; additional languages a plus Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills Training experience (preferred) Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide great customer service Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow standard practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, flexible, and data-savvy Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and relationship builder Positive, proactive attitude; able to challenge and propose solutions
