Overview


We are a growing logistics and e-commerce business, with logistics as our core focus. We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics & Operations Manager to lead and optimise our transport, delivery, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, data analysis; to optimise our operations effectively, and will have strong management and organisational skills. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics and customer service delivery.

Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate all transport activities. Manage category management processes to ensure optimal product availability. Oversee transportation management systems to facilitate efficient shipping and receiving operations. Utilise warehouse management systems to enhance inventory control and materials handling. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Supervise picking and packing operations to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including inventory levels and shipment statuses.

Requirements



Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and warehouse operations. Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or e-commerce operations. Strong understanding of transport, delivery, and inventory processes. Experience managing self-employed or freelance teams is an advantage. Excellent data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18,000.00-20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
