Sawmill Operator -

Llandre Sawn Wood are looking for operators to work at their Sawmill based in Hundred house near
Builth Wells. We are a small family run firm with an ongoing commitment to expand the business. The position is full time, permanent hours and is a 43-hour working week ( Monday to Friday).

Overtime is available upon demand. We offer 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays and
provide an auto enrolment pension scheme. In addition we offer on site parking and staff discount on timber.
We would be looking for physically fit individuals, honest , reliable , trustworthy ,have good work ethics , willing to learn new skills , good communication , able to work in a team , good numeracy
and have the ability to use a tape measure in metric or feet. The role is ideal for someone looking to
start and progress in the timber industry. We would prefer individuals with sawmilling experience
but this is not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidates will be ,operating saws/machinery , stacking and sorting timber. Using forklifts. Pay rate depending on experience.
